Document Solutions is on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator in our NYC location who’s passionate about writing, engaging, and delivering results. Part Writer, Part Strategist and Part Social Media Guru. You will be the Company’s content developer and “Poster” for all social media channels. You should be a storyteller, a tribe-builder, someone who knows how to connect with people in a real and genuine way both online and in person. Responsibilities include:

  • Researches clients thoroughly to ensure ability to write accurate, on-target content
  • Develop engaging content daily, based on our client’s brand volice and targe audiences
  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with clients’ marketing initiatives
  • Create monthly reports on social performance and shares with clients
  • Experiments with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activies
  • Monitors Social Media trends, tools and applications, and applies knowledge to increasing client use of social media
  • Strategizes and educates the account service team, as well as clients on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all products and services
  • In addition to social content, assists in writing proposals, press releases, marketing plans and many other print and online deliverables
  • Greet VIP Tours & Guests
  • Some office responsibilities

Qualified Candidates will have:

  • B.A./B.S. Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Energetic, resourceful, positive attitude and a passion for learning
  • Exceptional writing skills and proficient knowledge of social media channels
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines
