have been a customer of Document Solutions for over 10 years. Everytime I have any issues with the printer/fax they come out the same day to fix it.
The worst thing in the world is to be in a middle of a printing project and the printer break. Your lost and annoyed. I call Document solutions and with in hours they are here to fix the machine.

I just wanted to say that the professionalism and service given to us by Ryan McHugh was exceptional. He listened to our woes and came up with a great solution that would enhance our company and stabilize our relationship with Document Solutions. Wanted share that the practice I work for has been leasing 2 copy machines from Document Solutions. I am happy with their impeccable service. From the sales people to customer service. Ryan was very knowledgeable of the product, answered our questions professional and gave us an excellent presentation. Our office was hot, but he was cool, I watched him as the sweat kept coming, but he was patience and never once seemed irritable or eagerly to rush through the presentation. I want to acknowledge how helpful Patrick was in getting to the bottom of the issue we were having with our copier. We weren’t sure if it was an issue with our computer or the copier because it wouldn’t print in the morning unless we restarted the copier. We had to do a few trial and error runs, but he kept on top of it the whole time. He called several times to check up on the job to see what was happening. He is very helpful!
One of our challenges was to find a printing solution where our employees can print to copiers across our wide area network while using security so we remain compliant. Our biggest challenge was to select a vendor that can meet our expectations with our technical standards while offering a high level of service. Document Solutions has become a preferred vendor by offering these services and much more. Leasing copier equipment can become a cumbersome experience but their sales team provided all the materials and walked us through it step by step. They remain attentive to any questions or problems that arise and always have a fast response time. Thank you to Document Solutions for all their hard work and we look forward to a continued business relationship.
