Quality Service

We had our copier serviced yesterday… Carlos Penton was our Field Service Technician. Although, I was not present when he was here in the office, I could tell upon return how much quieter the machine ran. I asked my front office manager, Carol, what he had said or done. He moved the machine away from the wall and changed the output selection and removed staples and such from within the copier. May not sound like much, but… it says something about the Quality of service that Carlos performed on our machine. I hope his work does not go unrecognized. Today, many people complain and not enough give praise or positive comments on a job well done. Please forward to whomever his Supervisor may be so that he may be recognized, as we are very pleased with his service.
