Very pleased with service response to needing improved copies !

I HAD SAVED SEVERAL COPIES OF VARIOUS DOCUMENTS WE HAD MADE THAT WERE LESS THAN THE USUAL HIGH QUALITY WE’VE GROWN TO EXPECT FROM OUR BIZHUB. JACK ARRIVED TO SEE HOW HE COULD IMPROVE THE SITUATION – HE LISTED CAREFULLY TO EACH CONSERN, EXAMINED THE DOCUMENTS AND RELATED HIS ASSESSMENT – AND THEN CHECKED THAT CHANGES MADE WOULD CORRECT THE PROBLEM – HIS DIAGNOSES WERE EACH
RIGHT ON TARGET. ALSO HELPFUL WAS THE GENERAL ADVICE HE OFFERED ABOUT HOW TO GET THE OVERALL BEST COPIES OUT OF THIS MACHINE! TIME WELL SPENT! I’LL BE ABLE TO GET BETTER COPIES FASTER AND WITHOUT THE WORRY !!

Installing Driver for Windows 7

We were having a problem setting up a print driver for a computer with Windows 7. All of the computers prior to this one had no issues being linked
to our copier.
I spoke with Jack and he was extremely helpful and patient while we determined what the issue was and successfully solved the problem.
He was very knowledgable and patient.

Great Service During Enrollment

We just chose Document Solutions as our copier provider last month after detailed research on many local companies. From product presentation, to question answering, to flexibility in ordering and timeline, Sales Manager Kevin O’Connor exceeded the expectations of both of us. He took the appropriate notes and was able to come back with recommendations that we are confident will fit our growing schools. We are excited for this new partnership to grow and can’t wait to beginning using our new machines. Great Customer Service

The customer service before, during and after the installation of our copiers was great. Kevin made sure everything was working properly and the transition of our lease agreement was done correctly. Quality Service

We had our copier serviced yesterday… Carlos Penton was our Field Service Technician. Although, I was not present when he was here in the office, I could tell upon return how much quieter the machine ran. I asked my front office manager, Carol, what he had said or done. He moved the machine away from the wall and changed the output selection and removed staples and such from within the copier. May not sound like much, but… it says something about the Quality of service that Carlos performed on our machine. I hope his work does not go unrecognized. Today, many people complain and not enough give praise or positive comments on a job well done. Please forward to whomever his Supervisor may be so that he may be recognized, as we are very pleased with his service.
