I have worked with Doc Sol for years. Kevin Roth and his team have treated us fairly and efficiently, keeping my 4 machines running at all times. We run about 7 mil combination of color and B&W copies a year. We just bought a new 5th machine. thank you, Gerry Harris, B&L Printing, Hillsborough, NJ. UPDATE: July 14, 2023, a new replacement color Konica to keep with new technology, cost is stable we are VERY happy.

I can not say enough how amazing this company is. The IT department is Always efficient fast and reliable. Dealing with security and updates to several systems these guys get the job done. Mike is so patient and knowledgeable, he always saves the day. I highly recommend Document Solutions.

We have been using this company for years even after hiring a different company for our office solution needs. Needless to say, we were excited to get out of our old contract and into a new one with Document Solutions. They are the best around. They are very responsive, reliable, and treat their customers with respect and care. We have been using Document Solutions for all of our copier needs for over 15 years. We would not consider using anyone else. Great staff and service. Had a service call today 9/14/2022 and Brandon, the service tech not only fixed my issue but asked about another common issue and proactively fixed it. Great Tech and great service.

We were having trouble with our Xerox and wanted to switch back to Konica. Document Solutions took care of us right away! The exchange was easy and fast. The individual who delivered the printer was kind, courteous of our space, and efficient. We were up and running immediately! Perfect installation and perfect customer service. Our employees are very happy with the new copier. We won’t use anyone else but Document Solutions!

My Firm has been using Document Solutions for around 6 years. We started with copiers and had nothing but a great experience with installation, repair, and issues and training. They were easy to reach for service, etc. When COVID happened they generously asked what they could do to support my staff and what our needs were as everyone ventured home. We used them to install our VoIP phones during this time and it was ESSENTIAL to our ability to operate our business remotely. Ross was our rep and he continues to this day to be available whenever we have issues, which is almost never. I can’t say enough about how this company CARES about helping your business to be the best version of itself and operate well. They offer lots of things, yes they may call you, but honestly at the end of the day, they care which is rare to find in this world.
