When I was initially approached by Sam Krause, I was unsure of my being able to improve our situation with the network copier/printer we currently had under contract for an additional 3 years. “Just wanted to let you know how Jack goes above and beyond for our office each time we make a service call. We had a problem with our “new” copier today and I called your office earlier today and was told I would get a call back. I expected to be called back in a short period of time, because I stressed to the girl on the phone how we had a copy job that was urgent and needed to get out today. A while later when we hadn’t received a return call, I asked Mary about it and she said to call Jack directly, which I did. He tried to help us over the phone but then realized he needed to come out to the office. He was very busy today but, like always, made the time to come out to our office and help us out.
