PrintFleet is a remote monitoring and device-management platform used by Managed Print providers to automate toner supplies, track device health, collect meter readings, and proactively manage print environments.

✔ Real-Time Supply Monitoring

DCA Pulse collects manufacturer-defined device information such as toner levels, maintenance kit levels, and supply percentages using precise model definition files. This ensures accurate, up-to-date readings for every device in your fleet.

✔ Automated Toner Fulfillment

As toner levels change, PrintFleet transmits the updated data points. This allows Document Solutions to automatically ship supplies before they run out. You can also tailor how frequently PrintFleet scans for device discovery, supply levels, meter reads, error codes, and firmware attributes.

✔ PrintFleet Collects Zero Personal or User Data

It collects only device-specific operational metrics, such as: IP address, toner & supply levels, error codes, device serial number, meter reads, firmware, and MAC address. No print job content, usernames, documents, or PII are ever collected.

Encrypted Communications End-to-End

All communication between DCA Pulse and PrintFleet Optimizer uses HTTPS with TLS encryption, including TLS 1.2 support. DCA Pulse also fully supports credentialed, encrypted SNMPv3 for device-level communication. SNMPv3 adds authentication, encryption, and improved protection against unauthorized access.

Minimal Network Footprint

The PrintFleet DCA uses lightweight scanning and transmits only incremental updates, dramatically reducing bandwidth requirements. This makes PrintFleet ideal for distributed networks, multi-site environments, and bandwidth-sensitive operations.
