Patrick is a really wonderful guy and a great tech. He resolved our issues in quick fashion (as usual).
The team at Document Solutions are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and they keep their promises on delivery and service. Neal and other staff are easily reached via phone, fax and email and this is a great comfort when you work with equipment that can break down at anytime.

Document Solutions helped us thru a very difficult time in our busiest season. When we had problems with a new machine purchased from another vendor that wasn’t working to our satisfaction we called Document Solutions. They arranged for a quick delivery and setup that kept our down time to a minimum and allowed us to meet our production schedule. The few times I have had to call for service their response has been great. Quick arrival and no repeat calls to fix the same problem again and again that I have experienced with other vendors.

The customer service before, during and after the installation of our copiers was great. Kevin made sure everything was working properly and the transition of our lease agreement was done correctly. We would not have been able to do it without him. He is also always available to answer my questions no matter how trivial.

We had our copier serviced yesterday… Carlos Penton was our Field Service Technician. Although, I was not present when he was here in the office, I could tell upon return how much quieter the machine ran. I asked my front office manager, Carol, what he had said or done. He moved the machine away from the wall and changed the output selection and removed staples and such from within the copier. May not sound like much, but… it says something about the Quality of service that Carlos performed on our machine. I hope his work does not go unrecognized. Today, many people complain and not enough give praise or positive comments on a job well done. Please forward to whomever his Supervisor may be so that he may be recognized, as we are very pleased with his service.
