One of our challenges was to find a printing solution where our employees can print to copiers across our wide area network while using security so we remain compliant. Our biggest challenge was to select a vendor that can meet our expectations with our technical standards while offering a high level of service. Document Solutions has become a preferred vendor by offering these services and much more. Leasing copier equipment can become a cumbersome experience but their sales team provided all the materials and walked us through it step by step. They remain attentive to any questions or problems that arise and always have a fast response time. The equipment is working great and Jack Batista I have to say is one of your best technicians. He knows the equipment inside and out. We are very happy with the repair services he performs when he comes here. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions about the equipment he is repairing and also, another big plus is that he cleans up all of his workspace and even discards of any trash accumulated during the repair and takes it out of the building when he leaves and does not fill up our trash bins with parts, boxes, etc…. Recently, we leased six new copiers from Document Solutions and I don’t think I could be more satisfied. Kevin O’Connor worked with us for what seemed like an extraordinarily long time as we compared features, price and most importantly, service. He exhibited a huge amount of patience throughout the process which eventually resulted in various models being placed throughout the Firm’s two locations. Kevin’s entire staff worked as a team to ensure that the copiers were scheduled to be delivered and installed without causing interruption to our workflow. Following delivery and installation, our staff members were instructed by technicians who were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. And now, when I have a question regarding any of the copiers, I simply email Patrick and he gets right back to me with a solution. Based on this experience, I unreservedly recommend that Document Solutions be placed at the top of your shortlist if you are looking for copiers. BAM!

First I would like to thank Mr. Michael Canha for solving a big printing problem. I have been trying to print booklet style programs from the computer to the copier. The problem was that when I would send the booklet to print and say I wanted fifty or more copies it would staple all fifty together. Michael came out today and solved the problem. I am now able to print more than one booklet from the computer to the printer without the document coming out all stapled together. It now recognizes each booklet separte. Thank you so much Michael for making my job easier.

“I wanted to thank you for the quick response on our last service call. At the end of the day Monday (after 5) we had a problem with a copier and called it in. First thing Tuesday morning Mike Canha was here and diagnosed it as a broken latch and he would have to order a replacement and it should be here the next day and this was exactly what I would have expected. Mike suggested a piece of duct tape would keep the door shut until the part came in and it did the job.
Sure enough Mike was here yesterday afternoon and the part was replaced and he cleaned the residue from the duct tape that I put on the side door.We had almost no down time with that copier. ”
