About the Role:
Join our award-winning team as a Water Systems Field Technician, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver, install, and service advanced water cooler systems for our clients. You’ll be the face of our water division, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. In addition, you’ll support the team with secondary tasks including copier deliveries, warehouse duties, and light handyman work.
Primary Responsibilities (Water Services Focus):
- Deliver, install, and set up Document Solutions water cooler systems at customer locations
- Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, and basic troubleshooting on water systems
- Explain product features and maintenance requirements to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Complete service documentation using both digital and paper-based tools
- Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors to coordinate service calls
- Follow proper inventory control and safety protocols related to water systems
- Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy at all customer sites
Secondary Responsibilities (Support & General Duties):
- Deliver and assist with the setup of copier equipment when assigned
- Perform basic handyman tasks including light construction, simple repairs, and painting
- Assist with general warehouse duties when needed, such as equipment staging or organization
- Operate Microsoft Office Suite and input basic device settings when required
Qualifications:
- Field service or technical experience preferred (especially plumbing, water filtration, or HVAC a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
