VoIP Rates

ON-SITE Minimum Charge: $199 per hour + $55 Dispatch fee (1 hour minimum) during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30PM)

REMOTE Minimum Charge: $199 per hour (30 minute minimum)

Conditions

  1. DS does not guarantee that repairs will be completed within any specific time frame and/or a single visit.
  2. DS does not guarantee a resolution to a service request.
  3. Customer acknowledges that Parts and Taxes are in addition to the hourly service rate.
  4. Document Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service provided hereunder, even if Document Solutions has advance notice of the possibility of such damages.
